Q: How long does it take to deliver books purchased via your website?
A: I try to post out books within 3-4 days of purchase. I’m a one-man band (with a full-time job) but will always endeavour to get books out quickly.

Q: I want to buy more than one copy. How do I do this?
A: Please contact me via the website. I can easily send multiple copies. I only apply one lot of P&P for multiple orders.

Q: Can you post books overseas?
A: I can post out overseas – however post and packing charges are higher so please contact me in advance.

Q: I’d rather not pay online. Are there alternative ways of paying?
A: You can pay me by cash or cheque. Please contact me and I will send further details.

Q: I’m a bookshop owner and I would like to stock some of your books. What discount do you offer?
A: We normally offer a 40% discount on all our books.

Q: My bookshop is located outside Norfolk. Do you deliver or post out?
A: I do deliver to some bookshops in Norfolk. However, if your bookshop is outside Norfolk we would normally post out. There would be an extra charge to help cover the cost of post and packing. Please contact me for more information.

Q: Can we order your books via Pubeasy/Gardners Books wholesalers?
A: Yes.

Q: I’m a writer with an idea for a book. Does Waterland Books consider submissions?
A: The economics of book publishing are quite harsh. After design and printing costs – many books fail to break even. This is particularly the case with local books which often only have a limited market. We do have a few projects in the pipeline – but mainly from authors who are already known to us and who are prepared to bear part of the cost of publication.
